Return and refunds: 

We want you to be happy and love your original Lustre Leopard product, however if for any reason you are not and you purchased directly at www.lustreleopard.com we will accept returns within 14 days, provided the products are in the same condition you received them in, are unused, in the original packaging with tags attached. Any personalised or custom made to order items, purchased: ‘Tailored Leopard’ or within another leopard story in your requested colour way or personalised adaptation, are not eligible for return as these have been handmade especially for you. Deposits paid for custom made or personalised designs are not refundable as you have received this service, regardless of whether you proceed with the product being made. 

To request a return

1. Email us at hellothere@lustreleopard.com with return request and your name as the email subject.
2. Include proof of purchase in the email body. 
3. You will then be sent the returns address to send your item. We advise that items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracking. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or liable for any packages lost in transit. It’s your responsibility to ensure items are retuned in an appropriate and safe way. 
4. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm they meet the above criteria, we will confirm in email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed on the original payment method in which you placed your order, this may take a few days to appear in your bank.  

Our refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund. Please note no original shipping costs will be reimbursed. Only full price collection items are eligible for return, sale or prototype ‘sold as seen’ items are not eligible for return or refund. 

Cancelations:

It’s likely not possible for items to be cancelled once you have placed and paid for an order as items will already be shipped to you. Please follow the returns policy above.
